The best treatment is steady weight loss, healthy eating, regular exercise, reducing sugary and fatty foods, avoiding alcohol, and controlling diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol. There is no proven natural medicine that cures fatty liver, but a healthy diet, vegetables, fibre, water, and avoiding harmful herbal “detox” products can help protect the liver.
